I could not have found a better, more professional agent than Julie. In a challenging market, she delivered even as conditions changed and fires raged. I would hire Julie 10 more times if i could as she always kept in constant communication, kept me grounded , gave me confidence in the process and most importantly …delivered. Personalized, knowledgeable, knows the market and so much more. This is the second time Julie was my agent, both houses sold in less than a month. You will not find a harder working agent anywhere else. She also helped me find the home I just sold. The first thing she said was what do you want from this, not a list of what she would do first. If you want someone to be your advocate, Julie is it.

My son passed away and I was faced with the daunting and emotional task of selling his property. I called many realtors and Julie called back immediately. Julie is AWESOME ! I had zero knowledge about how to sell a house or how mortgages work…my father passed and he had a reverse mortgage. Julie was fantastic … she knew how to explain things so I could understand… she helped me every step of the way…I was very stressed because in the middle of everything my husband had a stroke and ended up with brain damage…well the mortgage company would not extend the foreclosure sale but Julie stayed on top of things and got it done… she was so patient and understanding with me because I definitely dropped the ball more than once… Julie was professional but also personable, she was amazing… I’m so thankful to her, I could have never done it without her… on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give her a 10 plus!
